The gutter brooms for the new version of universal speed plate are designed using components of polypropylene and premium wire and come at cheap rates.

Segments of the gutter broom which are specially configured with one centre system of bolts make the changing of gutter broom easier and faster. This gives it a much more powerful hold enabling the segments to stay flush at the plate’s top. This easy handling of gutter brooms saves labour charges for replacing gutter brooms and results in considerable cost savings.

The design of the segments and plates is so that they fit perfectly together. Brackets hold the segments together and permit installation with single hand.

Assemblies of single clamp are fashioned with keeping the bolt inside a sleeve for stopping the accumulation of grease and dirt inside them, which helps to prevent breakage and corrosion.

This prevents problems like weakened bolts, stripped nuts and rusted nuts. Also it eliminates the need to remove them with great difficulty using a torch. It is ensured that number of openings in the new segments stay equal to the existing segments so that you have brooms that are properly filled.

Existing gutter broom plates may be utilized with new segments, making use of the two nuts and bolts placed on the edges of all segments. Also, another hole (no.3) might be drilled into the plate permitting a 3 nuts and bolts set up.

All three bolts of the 5/8” same size are designed into the segments, eliminating the already present front nut and bolt of the size of 3/8” that is weaker and smaller. There is no requirement for two wrenches of different sizes when installing and removing gutter brooms with all 3 bolts and nuts of the same size.

Universal speed plate is designed such that it has a two tier unit which prevents debris accumulating upon the plate as well as causes harm to the arm of the old gutter broom. Some plates are dish shaped enabling leaves, rubbish and dirt to accumulate.

The universal speed plate is made of thick steel which enables gutter brooms segments to be attached to a relatively durable apparatus. Some plates are made of flimsy, easily damaged light metal.
